    Apricot Chicken

    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    2 jars (12 ounces each) apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    Hot cooked rice

    Place chicken in crock pot.  Combine apricot preserves and onion soup mix then pour over chicken.  Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through.  Serve over rice.  6 servings.
