Cheesy Artichoke Dip
2 cans (12 ounce each) artichokes (in water) drained and finely chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients and put in greased 1 quart casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes (until top is lightly browned). Serve hot with party rye, pumpernickel bread or crackers. Makes 4 cups
