Cheesy Egg Sandwich
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 cup milk
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled sliced thin
6-12 slices bread, toasted
1/3 cup bacon bits
Instructions:
Pour soup and milk in pan simmer, stirring continuously until heated through. Place one sliced egg over each piece of toast. Top with soup and sprinkle bacon bits over top. You can eat this as an open face sandwich or if you prefer, top with another slice of toast. 6 servings
