Buffalo Chicken Dip
This dip was a hit at our last picnic. If you like chicken wings then you will love this dip. To save money omit the canned chicken and finely chop a few cooked chicken breasts ahead of time. I also use all generic ingredients.
2- 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
2- 10 ounce cans chunk white chicken, drained
1 cup chicken wing sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
4 cups shredded colby/monterey jack cheese
Spread cream cheese in an ungreased 13x9 pan. Layer additional ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted (be sure to remove before cheese starts to brown). Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips.
Tip: Try making a "chicken wing" pizza by layering the ingredients on a pizza crust or boboli. You only need about half the recipe for a large pizza.
