8 quart box powdered milk mix
1 pound can chocolate beverage mix or 2 1/2 cups
6 ounce jar non dairy creamer or 1 3/4 cups
3/4 cups confectioners sugar (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients and store in air tight container.  To prepare use 1/3 to 1/2 cup dry mix per cup boiling water.
