    Lite Peaches & Cream Pie
    3 Cups Chopped Peaches
    1- 9 inch Pie shell, unbaked
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    1/8 tsp.salt
    1 egg , beaten
    2 egg whites , beaten
    1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    2  tablespoons low calorie margarine
    1 fresh peach-sliced for garnish

    Place 3 cups of peaches in deep-dish pie shell.Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and salt.
    Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until well blended. Spoon over peaches. Combine sugar and flour;
    cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal (using a pastry blender works best).Sprinkle
    evenly over pie. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Use sliced peaches for garnish.
    Serves 10.
