2-8 ounce packages cream cheese
1-8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cups pecans, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients.  Shape into a large ball.  Roll in pecans.  Serve with chips or crackers
