Pizza Spread
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 loaf Italian or French bread, cut in large cubes or sliced
In a deep skillet or saucepan cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in marinara sauce and oregano. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Pour into fondue pot or small crock pot to keep warm. Serve with bread. Yield 8-10 servings.
