South Texas Scalloped Potatoes
6-8 ounces Salsa
2 pounds frozen hash browns - thawed
2 cups real sour cream
1 (10 ? oz) can cream of chicken soup (or favorite cream soup)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Pinch of paprika to sprinkle on top
Method:
In a large bowl, combine salsa, thawed hash browns, sour cream, soup, butter and cheese. Blend well and pour into a buttered 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
