Tortellini Soup
2-14 oz. cans of chicken broth
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stalk, sliced
1/2 c. frozen cheese-filled tortellini
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes)
In a saucepan mix broth, pepper, carrot and celery. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Add tortellini and cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until tortellini is done. Stir in parsley and serve. (serves 4)
