Tuna Casserole
1 package (12 ounces) wide egg noodles
2 cans (6 ounce each tuna, drained
1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and return to pan. Add all other ingredients except the crackers and butter. Mix well Pour into a greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Combine crackers and butter; sprinkle over noodles. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes or until heated through. 6 servings
